Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@getpileatus.com
Return Shipping
To initiate a return, please email us at support@getpileatus.com and we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
To request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@getpileatus.com and include your order number.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for further assistance.
